Converting Inquiries to Appointments

Description:

When the phone rings it is a good thing and when the caller is interested in living in your community it is even better!

Typically, the caller will ask about the rental rates and availability. It is the job of the leasing agent to gather enough information and then convert that call into an appointment for a tour.  This is difficult to do when the leasing agent is just quoting price and availability.

The leasing agent needs to connect with the caller, ask the right questions, describe the community based on the callers’ needs and then secure the appointment.  That initial phone call is an important step in helping attract that caller to your community.

In this workshop, participants will learn an easy to implement process for quickly and professionally building a relationship with the caller and helping them take the next step in becoming a future resident.  No more just quoting price and availability.

Ins this interactive workshop, we will listen to actual phone calls and determine best practices for servicing potential resident inquiries.  We will help improve the leasing experience by focusing on the needs of the caller and building passion and enthusiasm into ever interaction.
