Leadership Series: HUD Guidance on Disparate Impact


Dimitri Hatzifotinos will present HUD Criminal Guidance.   Learn how HUD Guidance related to the potential for a disparate impact discrimination claim associated with landlord criminal screening, HUD's decision to find the potential for disparate impact on the basis of race and ethnicity due to criminal convictions, landlords' legitimate nondiscriminatory interest in screening criminals, and individualized assessments of tenants in order to maintain a least discriminatory procedure for criminal screening. 

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received by the CAA in writing five business days prior to the course. Substitutions are accepted. No shows will be billed.

Dress Code: It is the responsibility of the member/host to inform their guests of the Club’s Dress Code Policy.

Men: Sport coats or sweaters are welcomed.

Men must wear collared shirts tucked in with  neatly pressed and properly fitted slacks. Ties are optional. No Hats.

Women: Dresses and skirts, business suits, pant suits and dress slacks with appropriate tops.

Denim is not permitted in the Banquet area at any time.
