The 2009 Rental Tour
The Columbus Apartment Association is excited to host a new event this summer: Apartments Alive, the 2009 Rental Tour. Apartments Alive is a ten day event starting June 12th and running through June 21st. Featuring a community in the 2009 Apartments Alive Rental Tour is a unique opportunity to gain market-wide exposure at a very low cost. Featured communities will enjoy foot traffic that only an event of this size can generate.
Tour communities will be part of:
- An aggressive advertising campaign including radio, newspaper, signage and Internet will generate increased traffic flow to your community.
- A targeted media relations campaign through professional public relations specialists will create additional awareness of the event.
- All advertising and public relations efforts will point to the ApartmentsAlive.com web site which will feature your community, location, photos and description.
- You have the option to feature your community in 66,000 premier editions of the Columbus Alive "rental living guide" distributed on June 11th. The special rental section includes apartment living editorial content, Apartments Alive event information and location map.
- Official Apartments Alive Rental Tour signage will be provided including up to three 24"x18" bootleg directional signs.
