Longtime CAA Member Changes Corporate Structure |

CAA member Fairfield Homes Inc., a Lancaster-based company, recently named two new presidents for its construction and property management divisions.
Jennifer Gorsuch Walters was named president of the Fairfield Homes construction and development division, and Ronald Burson will be the new president of the property management division, Gorsuch Management. Both Walters and Burson formerly served as vice presidents in the company.
The previous president of the company, Leonard Gorsuch, will become the chairman of the board of Fairfield Homes, Inc. He has served as president of both divisions for more than 40 years.
There is no change to Gorsuch Realty Co. Don Cox remains the Broker of Gorsuch Realty Co., overseeing 25 Realtors.
Both Gorsuch and Burson served as CAA Presidents. Gorsuch was the president in 1989; Burson was the president in 1996 and currently serves on the Board of Trustees.
