As the Executive Director, Laura Swanson, IOM oversees the CAA staff and all CAA functions. Laura also staffs the Public Policy committee as well as the CAA Community Assistance Foundation Committee. Additionally, she works directly with the CAA Officers and Board of Trustees on all legislative, education, and general membership programs.

Audra Garrison - Association Manager, MAHMA

Audra Garrison is the Midwest Affordable Housing Association Manager (MAHMA) and is primarily responsible for coordinating education courses, events and communications for MAHMA. Audra also assists on CAA projects such as education courses and membership programs.

Bridget Williams - Events & Office Coordinator

Bridget Williams handles all general CAA questions. She receives and processes CAA seminar and event registrations and standard form requests. Bridget also manages the CAA database and Web site. Additionally she coordinates the CAA events, including the General Meetings, Bowling Luncheon, Golf Outing, Installation Dinner and Reverse Raffle. Bridget also staffs the Associate Council meetings and event workgroup meetings.
