Jody Swickard has over twelve (12) years of experience in property management, with a focus in Marketing and Training. Jody is currently the Sales & Marketing Specialist for Bell Partners. She is responsible for strategizing and executing campaigns and processes that improve and drive the success of the sales teams at over 100 residential communities (over 10,000 apartment homes) in the Mid-Atlantic, Mid-West, Northeast, and Southern Regions.
