2026 CAA Expo is Out of This World

On Thursday, September 24, 2026 the CAA hosted the annual Central Ohio Multifamily Exposition at the Makoy Center in Hilliard, returning to the location for the final time. Over 90 vendor members display their products and services while using the Space theme to the maximum to attract the interest of Primary Member attendees.
The Expo allows CAA Associate Members their moment to star during the four-hour event. This year was no different as many embraced the theme with costumes and prizes.  Associate Members continue to demonstrate why ‘doing business with Associate Members is good business’ in a setting that allows for an easy going, no pressure, out of office experience.
After picking up nametags and grand prize entry traffic cards attendees made their way through the show floor.  Once the card was complete, attendees returned it for a chance to win the $500 Grand Prize.  Attendees worked through the two rooms that comprised the show floor playing games, posing for pictures, and networking.
During the show members took advantage of the education offered focusing on Dull Skills = Missed Opportunities with a lively panel who kept the crowd engaged and enlightened.
Once compiled, the Grand Prize was drawn, and the winner was Brandi Casey with Metropolitan Holdings!
The Expo provides opportunities from site staff to owners to have an entertaining, exciting time away from the office and, maybe the opportunity to win a prize or two while conducting a bit of business.  Thank you to all our vendors and sponsors who made the day a success.   If you couldn’t attend this year’s expo visit the CAA Facebook page to see pictures of what you missed, then, be sure to look for information soon announcing the 2027 date!
