Join us for an exclusive opportunity to secure the best deals and locations at the 2026 Expo through our booth lottery.  Pricing is only valid during the Expo Lottery; Regular Expo pricing will start on March 6th with a price increase after May 31st.
 
You can secure this rate the following ways:
1)  Attend the Booth Lottery in-person with a signed contract and $500 deposit (checks can be made payable to The Columbus Apartment Association, 1225 Dublin Rd., Ste. 120, Columbus, OH 43215).
 
2)  Unable to attend in-person? Email your completed and signed contract to the CAA, [email protected], with Subject Line:  CAA Expo Booth Lottery Contract.  This must be emailed by 4pm on March 5th.  Booth contracts received after 4pm will not receive the booth lottery discount.
 
Please be sure to keep a copy of your signed contract, all pages must be initialed and signed.
