2025 CAA Expo
CAA Members Come on Down to Annual Tradeshow
On Thursday, September 25, 2025, the CAA hosted the annual Central Ohio Multifamily Exposition at the Makoy Center in Hilliard, returning to the location for the third year in a row. Almost 90 vendor members showcased their products and services while using the "Games" theme to the fullest to attract the attention of Primary Member attendees.
The Expo allows CAA Associate Members their time to shine during the four-hour event. This year members fully embraced the Games theme with various arcade games, racing games, board games, Jeopardy and more. Associate Members continue to prove why ‘doing business with Associate Members is good business.’ The Expo is an opportunity to provide a laid back, no pressure experience away from the office.
Attendees began by getting nametags and grand prize entry traffic cards before making their way through the show floor. When the card was complete, attendees returned it for a chance to win the Grand Prize of $500 cash. Attendees wound their way through the two rooms that comprised the show floor playing games, posing for pictures, and networking.
Before the show members took advantage of the education sessions offered focusing on Multifamily Housing: Past, Present & Future – Navigating change discussing everything from generations, transportation, marketing and more in our ever-changing Central Ohio environment.
Once compiled, the Grand Prize was drawn, and the winner was Jose Velasquez of Scioto Management
The Expo provides opportunities from site staff to owners to have an entertaining, exciting time away from the office and, maybe the opportunity to win a prize or two while conducting a bit of business.
