As the Executive Director, Laura Swanson, IOM oversees the CAA staff and all CAA functions. Laura also staffs the Public Policy committee as well as the CAA Community Assistance Foundation Committee. Additionally, she works directly with the CAA Officers and Board of Trustees on all legislative, education, and general membership programs.

Audra Garrison, IOM
Audra Garrison is the Associate Director of the CAA and manages the Midwest Affordable Housing Management Association (MAHMA) and is primarily responsible for coordinating education courses and events for MAHMA. Audra also assists on CAA projects such as education courses, events, workgroups and membership programs.
