The Columbus Apartment Association (CAA) is Central Ohio’s leading advocate for the multifamily housing industry. CAA’s mission is to serve the interests of the multifamily housing industry; by providing Legislative Services, Education Courses and Networking Opportunities, CAA is focused on advancing the apartment industry. The CAA represents over 300 members made up of Primary and Association Members.
Through a strong connection with the Ohio Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association, CAA members are represented on the local, state and national levels.
